Cavern Intro-cave class

We will start a Cavern and intro cave class  on April 3 to April 5. 

you can send me a e-email or go to our website if you would like to participate. The class will be followed by a Intro-cave Instructor class ending on April 9.

The IANTD Essentials have been practiced.

Our February CCR Cave class went well and the IANTD Essentials have been practiced during our 10 days training and our 17 hours cave bottom time.

we had to reconfigure some Rebreathers probably well adapted for recreational diving but not for intense cave dives.

we can see on the picture of Brigitte Leccia a nice well configured Inspriration rebreather, and a Megalodon Diver practicing skills at Ginnie springs.

CCR CAVE CLASS IN NORTH FLORIDA

We will start a CCR class in Cave country in North Florida on January 28 2009.

The class will end on February 11 2009, so we will have plenty of time to put in practice what we have learned in during our training.

Cave Instructor Class in Marseille France

Nov 2008

WDT has teamed up with IANTD France to organise a 8 days cross-over Cave Instructor Class (1 Technical Cave diver instructor and 1 Intro Cave diver instructor). And we also welcomed 3 cave diver candidates.

The French caves located in the Lot did not want to host our cave class due to bad weather!, so we chose to find other cool spots located in Marseille (Port Miou) and the Pyrenees Orientales area (Font Estramar) beautiful caves!!!

DEMA 2008

DEMA 2008 in Las Vegas was a success.

More than 650 professionel attended to the bigest world scuba diving show.

Technical diving was once again in the place, Tom Mount and Joseph Dituri from IANTD were signing their new technical diving encyclopedia "The Tao of Survival Underwater". ISC Innerspace presented their Mega meg, cave meg and Mini meg rebreathers plus new products coming soon into the market.

The New Poseidon rebreather could also be seen on the IANTD booth.

 

CCR Wreck Training

August and July 2008 were Wreck CCR months.

Some IANTD students came to South  Florida and got trained as IANTD Wreck CCR divers.

We had a blast!  The weather was great and we were able to log 80 to 90 minutes Bottom Time for each dives.

We dove with Horizon Divers one of the IANTD platinum facilities in Key Largo.
